Returning an item after it has been received by the customer must be completed within 5 working days of receipt and will result in up to a 50% restocking fee which will be calculated on the gross amount of the Purchase Order.  Any shipping/freight costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. This assumes product is in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED (new) condition and the product will not be returned until all fees and shipping/freight charges are paid in full. An inspection prior to acceptance of return may be required to certify the condition of the product. This cost shall be paid by the purchaser.

Prototyping Solutions is not responsible for any damages incurred prior to accepting and inspecting the items being returned.
